How does dual SIM actually work? If your phone has dual SIM functionality, it means you can be reached on two numbers and make calls and send texts from two numbers. Handy, for example, if you own a business: you don't need a second phone, but you can keep your business and private contract separate. Many Android devices have dual SIM, for example Samsung, Huawei, Google, OnePlus, and Nokia. Many iPhones also have dual SIM, so you can also separate the business and private on your Apple phone. If you want to buy an Android or Apple phone with dual SIM, you've come to the right place at Gomibo.es.

Different types

There are different types of dual SIM: standby, active, and eSim. Most phones are the standby dual SIM type. With these phones, you can be reached on both SIM cards at the same time, unless you are making calls or using the internet. With an active dual SIM phone, you can receive calls on both SIM cards at the same time. So, you can be reached no matter what you are doing. eSim works a little differently. eSim is a digital SIM card that is integrated in your phone. You can store several numbers on it, eliminating the need for physical SIM cards. However, it is important that your provider and smartphone support this.

Many brands with dual SIM phones

A dual SIM phone is available from many different brands. This means you can always find a suitable phone that works with a second SIM card. For example, there are several Samsung dual SIM phones, OnePlus dual SIM phones, and dual SIM phones from Motorola. If you order your dual SIM smartphone from Gomibo.es today before 23:30, we will make sure it is shipped the same day!

Handy abroad

When you spend a lot of time abroad, a local SIM card can have advantages over a Dutch SIM card. With dual SIM, you have a SIM card slot available for your SIM card abroad. This way, you can always enjoy favourable rates and the best coverage. This is particularly handy when you are abroad regularly or for longer periods of time.
